Me and wife both play games a lot, but we don't got that many to play together. Lately RoboQuest has been really fun, and ofc we there's It Takes Two and f2p games like Fortnite and whatever But, I'd like some recommendations for more stuff that's fun to play with someone! Both couch co-op and online crossplay co-op works

lethal company (obviously), slay the spire if you want a more strategic card game, verdun has squad-based play if you want a shooter, it can be the two of you in key positions and the rest of the squad filled with ai. idk what else this is all that my friend group has been playing lately lmao.

>>993477 Oh we have actually! She's got lots of weird ass fighting games downloaded. Ty for reminder

If you enjoy Roboquest you might want to check out Gunfire Reborn, but crossplay only works between Xbox and PC if you purchase trough the Microsoft store. The steam version won't support crossplay for some reason.

>>993477 Wait does Melty Blood has a co-op mode or are you gurls really calling a fighting game "co-op"?

OP, you ever play a single-player mystery game together? Return of the Obra Dinn. Outer Wilds. Ghost Trick. 13 Sentinels. The likes of Ace Attorney and Zero Escape.
One person is holding the controller, but you're both mulling over the story and mystery together. Honestly, most fun I've had playing together with my sibling.

3ds Monster hunter. If you some how have two of them. I think Monster hunter 4 is still relatively cheap. You could also pirate the game or the Demos of them before the eshop yeeted, as they all let you play with other folk who have the demo versions. Idk if there are 3ds emulators that emulate the local wireless multiplayer but if there is then that'd probably be the best option.

>>993550 I know what you mean but, from OP respond I'm sure she just want a game to play together not necessarily "co-op"

I think there's a co-op mod for outer wilds if you both enjoy exploring

>>993551 I would kill to have someone to play Return of the obra dinn with in this manner. Sounds wholesome desu.

>>993531 I'll keep that in mind! There's multiple games that are like that for some reason
>>993550 Cooperatively beating eachothers ass is also co-op
>>993551 Oh yeah!! We have the Ace Attorney trilogy. Never finished it but should get back on that cause it's super fun!! Doing shitty VA and solving things together in games like that is the only reason I play them tbh, so comfy :3
>>993567 I did mean co-op, but I'm not opposed to suggestions that aren't as long as they're fun

Baldur's Gate 3 has split-screen co-op and it works really well. You can do this on PC as long as you have 2 controllers. My wife isn't much of a gamer but she's really enjoying it. (And of course she's fallen for Astarion, but who hasn't?)

>>993478 Seconding We Were Here - my best friend and I both love puzzle and adventure games, and we play through every new WWH as they come out. Very fun series if you don't mind having to work some puzzles out with a piece of scratch paper.

If you two like spooks - I enjoyed co-op Cry of Fear a great deal. It goes for a lot of old horror silliness, but still managed to give us chills. The only co-op horror thing that didn't become less scary with the presence of my homie. Maybe it's because he was screaming so loud it made me scared tho, I am not sure.

>>994447 Neither of us can do scary :(( Scariest I can do is, like, horror themed but not actually scary, like RE4 or Bloodborne, yk?
