As a 90s/2000s kid I was a huge fan of the amiga 500 and I always wondered what would have happened if Commodore never went under? Maybe they hired better management, kept going and lived to be a competitor against PC and mac.
What would they be like today? Would they just fall into the same rot as microsoft and others?
I find these what ifs interesting, same with "What if sega didn't screw up and stayed in the console market."

Well, I mean they died more because they didn't play the game as well not so much because they were playing a different game.
My point being they would be the same shit different flavor. We wouldn't have any privacy and they would make tons of money by selling or using our info and mandating our consent.
Still fun to think about the what-ifs though, gurl.

I remember Amiga magazines growing up, often had free games and demos. The computer was a boon for an early indie game scene that lasted a long time.
Pixel vixen in Japan does some good videos on the Amiga.
