Replaying Skyrim
| Add sex
| Become a skooma addict. You must consume at least three bottles of skooma a day, if you can't by the end of the day, you must kill and/or rob the nearest npc to get enough gold for more skooma.
| Are you familiar with Jayserpa's mods? They are glorious.
Also the mod Dealing with Deadra is very niche but can be great at starting playstyles that are "different".
| Ironman mode no trading with NPCs for equipment and consumables and anything you can make yourself has to be made yourself eg to get arrows you have to mine and chop wood instead of just collecting infinite of your enemies corpses
Probably only good if you enjoy suffering though
