Books/comics/theatre etc that are a part of a franchise usually known for games. Think the halo reach novel or the yorha boys/girls stage plays for Neir:automata I guess moives and shows count but I kinda want to find stuff that's less talked about

Touhou has more light novels, spinoff manga, and random animations that are vaguely "canon" than you can shake a stick at. It's ridiculous. If you want a series where lore-wise you never run out? Touhou.

>>957857 The animations and light novels are cmiiw all fan-made. ZUN wrote a few mangas and artbooks with short stories/interviews though.
Also to op, the fate series is pretty multimedia. Fire Emblem, Zelda, Persona have interesting manga adaptations. Assassin's Creed has some novels.

I liked the bungie era Halo books, granted I was basically 100% the target demo for those when I read them. SW The Old Republic has a few good novels in its universe, and I still want to read the comics for a decent price one day.
