So g/u/ls, in this hella lot of time we weebs have in our hands until N1RV Ann-A, What had you been playing? Where do you find your games? How do you keep track of them?
Mostly I use Steam for both, but after recently playing 2064:R.O.M. I've found out about this Visual Novel Database https://vndb.org/
The thing is: It don't also keep track of what I had played, and looking back into my Steam achivements is getting out of hand.
Any insights on this? Games suggestions too?

Not really sure what you're asking but if you're getting into visual novels you should make an account for vndb and play maggot baits.
To make it clear: I want suggestions of more visual novels and a easy way to keep track of what I had played. Since steam is pretty s&tty in both of those things!
Also, I'll be sure to follow your adivice, so thanks in advance!

I find games wherever I can, usually. VNDB is good, but I also browse stuff like Nyaa.si for modern visual novels, or CDRomance/Vimm's Lair/MyAbandonware for the rest. For organization, I just have a folder for every game platform. PC-98, MS-DOS, Sega Saturn, whatever, their respective games get sorted into their spots. I also keep a spreadsheet of everything I have, had, and want. I also use it to mark games that I haven't played yet, want to finish, have finished, or gave up on.

Sure, thank you for the help so far.
Thanks for the sites suggestions, an the spreadsheet looks like a nice Idea to try!
I already registered in vndb, I'm also using itch.io for searching new VNS.
For those older ones, I shoud get an Emulator for playing them? Or is any other work-around that don't need those softwares?

I use Glitchwave (currently in beta), Playnite and a huge .txt file to organize my games. would recommend PCGamingWiki (https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Home) for some more information regarding your games.

Now both of these I've never had heard before, even asked my friends about it.
Text files doesn't work anymore for me, since using Ctrl+F to find something isn't my vibe.

But in this week, after using VNDB i got pretty far and pretty much all of my VN played until now into my played list, and the date and Note system are pretty useful for checking out in the future.
Mostly of the Novels were in the Database, but the ones I did not found were easyly added once asked and the form to ask for it was properly finished.
