| Because there is no reason for anyone to moderate privately owned servers other than the people who own the servers. Enforcing chat "rules" on a game with literally millions of different servers which are not centralized is retarded

| People don't trust Microsoft to not just ban people if they get mass reported eg. you join a server full of Nazis and they all report you for hate speech, could you get banned globally for them being hateful?
