are y'all aware of easyrpg

godsend given how much of a pain in the dingo it was to run it on modern windows.
Want to try using it on a hacked 3ds but the project for it seems abandoned.

From a cursory glance, I don't see why it would be illegal. They aren't using any RPG Maker codes or asset, just the data you get from the game normally.
