That character was super cool, they talked awkward.
Nice detail as i imagine a person who was just a brain and didn't have bodily hormones that interact with said brain would talk funny. Or rather there concept of self would be different.

N1RV ANN-A has been released but it could not live up to Va-11 Hall-a fans expectation. The game ended up as a forgettable mediocre sequel that adds nothing to the overall story. So the fans are just coping and pretend that it is delayed.
