Like I remember when a new big title that wasnt a flagship ip dropped it dropped for every platform. Now games are relegated to like one specifoc platform or spinoff. "No no. You can't play that on PS4. Only PS3, or PSVita. Bring beloved DS titles to switch? Are you joking?"
And I know that different ports need complete graphical overhauls but like....that's a small investment w big return. Sucks that moneygrubbing has actually stunted the vg industry

DS and GBA era was good but also bad. Good because these platforms got unique games different to their console counterparts. Sonic Colors DS is awesome. Sonic Lost World 3DS was better than Wii U. COD was the shit on DS. But because these weren't the big games, they won't ever be relatable anymore. It's a miracle Megaman Zero got ported. Retro-compability should be more accesible.

I can understand when a DS game can't be on Switch without being rebuilt for the system. Different hardware quirks. But other than that, I agree that exclusivity doesn't help anyone but console manufacturers and their first party studios.
