I see pawn shops as a way to get cheap stuff after dumb people pay full price. I'm probably gonna check all the pawn shops near base when I get my car.

Not always, and also, look at the bright side of it. It's a way for people who are struggling to pawn off things and get money so they can afford food and stuff and hopefully not have to turn to crime for it.
