The Last of Us, because I didn't own the game, though now I do and watching people play TLoU2 just made me want to play the first one.
Nekopara 1, because it's just a straight forward story.
Nekopara 2, same reason as 1.
Neversong, which I actually have an interest in speedrunning but haven't gotten around to it.
Doli Doki Literature Club, with the same reason of Nekopara, though I've probably launched that game once because I bought the OST and art thing on Steam.

I hyped at Starbound when it was in development comparing how much better it is than Terraria. I've never played it since release. Probably because procedural generation was sorta losing traction and No Man's Sky's release put the nail in the coffin, so Terraria's handcrafted content seems superior in comparison (until it doesn't)

I'm very intrigued by it. Final Fantasy IX: I'm busy finishing FFVIII The Excitement of Haruhi Suzumiya: Don't have a Japan region Wii and I don't know jack shit about console modding or emulation. All I know is that I love this Haruhi dancing game.

Sekiro: didnt have the money for it and I was playing DS2 and REmake2 at the time
Majora's Mask: I played the shit out of OoT but for some reason never picked up MM
Wind Waker: begged my mom for a Gamecube. Never got one.
Senua's Sacrifice: it looks gorgeous and the premise is all kinds of my shit. Need to get this one.
Metal Gear Solid 2: I got into MGS late in life and have played 3 on PS3 and 1 on an emulator. Lost my PS2 years back. It's on PSNow, but probly choppy af
Playing REmake2 after the original is such a great experience. Also good luck with FF8, I find that one a chore! 9 is imo so much more engaging and personable

The Stanley Parable. Watched someone played it on Youtube. Ended up watching his entire playthrough with all the endings, so no point in playing it myself. Fantastic game though.
Ace Combat 0. Because of the memes.
Drakengard 1. It's too insufferable for me to play myself, but I love the themes and all its weirdness.
Trails of Cold Steel (and other trails games in general). Because my group of friends love it to bits and it warms my heart to see them sharing things about it.

Didn't play AC0 because I just never get around to it. Didn't play Trails because the idea of playing a whole SERIES of 80 hours JRPG daunts me.
One more game to round it out: Hades, because I'm still waiting for the Switch release. Looking forward to that!

Ghost of Tsushima. I've been super hyped about this one since it was first announced on the E3, because I'm a real 'Mongols japan invasions' subject nerd, and I've spend a huge amount of time researching this matter. Plus the game looked awesome. But I don't have a PS4 so I can't play it, and probably will never be able :c
Bloodborne for the same reason of not having a PS4

Taiko no Tatsujin games on 3ds. I absolutely adore the series, really liked ones on psp, but the rest are region blocked to Japan and I don't know shit about modding 3ds and getting rid of region lock. So... yeah.

-Final Fantasy Series I like JRPG in general, but insist to play it from the beginning. Haven't find the urge to play FF1
-Persona 5 I really like P3, so I think I will like P5, but it's not on PC.
-Monster Hunter World Will wait until I upgrade my PC to play it.
-Mount and Blades: Bannerlord Got bored of the first one after like 10 hours, but the second one looks interesting.
-Shenmue 3 Not on steam.

Styx: shards of darkness (I don't have pc powerful enough) Prey (new one) (I don't have pc pwerful enough) TLoZ:BOTW (I don't have switch or wiiu and It scares me that it can take several hundred hours to beat it.) FF9 (Again I'm scared of not having enough time to finish it and feeling bad about it) The Talos principle (It's new in the list, just haven't had time to beat it yet.)

Red Dead Redemption 2, cause I'm scared of low fps. Will probably make myself play it on 30 lock. Control, wasn't on steam, too expensive on it atm, plus the above reason Disco Elysium, cause I'm afraid it's too hard, like some other rpgs of these kind I played. Subahibi, cause I'm afraid steam version is gonna be way too inferior to the latest one. Last of us 2, cause I don't have a ps4 and not playing on buying one this late.

>>693276 >Disco Elysium >too hard >implying any rpg of its kind exist
Trust me g/u/rl, Disco Elysium is neither too hard nor anything like any other existing RPG. It has no combat. Fail states are rare, and even when you fuck things up there are lots of ways you can make it out anyway. Give it a try.
If I can make a recommendation, if at all possible, play the 20th anniversary Final Fantasy for PSP. I muself crushed it on psx (itself a polished port from the original) and it was still tedious as fuck, grindy, and extremely stripped down. At least playing the reboots will give you the same story plus more (more story, more character, more balance).
