I mean, you get to use a bullet that's actually a gun to shoot gun-shaped bullets which spins and shoots more bullets to kill sentient bullets with guns who also shoot bullets to kill you. Can't get more meta than this. Op is probs thinking of the ones which are sort of easter eggs in an otherwise serious game.
