I miss the old Naughty Dog, so I was playing Uncharted 2

I really don't like Naughty Dog as they are right now, but I wanted to remember the good times with their older games.
So I revisited the Uncharted games with the Nathan Drake Collection. Specifically U2, which brought a smile to my face that I haven't felt as often with AAA games. I'm even replaying it to get more costumes like Doughnut Drake.
I plan on revisiting the Jak series too, especially Jak II.
Anyone else here old fans of ND?

Uncharted 1 2 are some of the best ps3 games I played. Haven't played 4. Played CB a lot as a kid. But what do you mean by new ND? They making bad games nowadays?

>>662859 I think it's just nostalgia.

>>662830 Jak 2 was the most fun game I played when I was a kid. Part of me wishes they could make another game

>>662859 the current Naughty Dog treats its employees like dirt with unhealthy crunch and refusing to pay their bonuses early during the Coronavirus pandemic. They also recruit movie animators instead of animators who are already part of the games industry, so they cram both training and crunch together.
As for the games themselves, it's not necessarily because of nostalgia. It's because their games used to be campy fun. Even Uncharted 1-3 were just silly.

>>662989 That definitely sucks, but that's common in the video game industry and it doesn't change the games. A piece of media can be appreciated despite the people creating it being horrible, at least in my opinion. They should definitely change and get their shit together though.
