To actually answer op, I'm cautiously optimistic, I trust the writing will be good but for me the music was such a big part of the chill vibe and it's not the same person doing it, basically only thing I'm worried about but I'm sure it'll be just fine

Don't ask me, I just learned about this. But from what I could find, judging by the PAX demo and some random articles online, Juneji/Monarc (the composer for VA-11 Hall-A KIDS) will be providing the OST this time.
