Do you have a personal favorite game that you will eventually find yourself playing again sometime? A game so good that it will be just as fun as the first run?

Persona 3. The story itself was amazing and had some of the best character arcs I had seen in a while, but the QoLs and overall gameplay in Portable made fusions and grinding more fun. It's kinda funny how Skill Cards can make the whole thing more enjoyable rather than just bearable. >that it will be just as fun as the first run? That one's more arguable, but what I can say is that it's fun on every new run. Not *as* fun, but still hella enjoyable.

Fire Emblem Fates Conquest. The story's garbage, yeah, but then it gives me an excuse to skip all the cutscenes and get to the juicy juicy gameplay.

That's hard to say. I have a lot of games where I'll play it again sometimes, but it's usually, like, shorter games or rogue-like/lites like SUPERHOT or Gungeon. It might be too early to say, but I feel like the new Animal Crossing is gonna become like that for me, as it's just so cute and relaxing and you can just slowly work your way towards your goals in whatever pace you want. I guess Smash? But I play that competitively, so probably doesn't count.

>>642839 I won't call Skyrim "special" or even "good" but it's definitely the one game I keep coming back to. It's just so comfy somehow.

Persona 5. I know it causes a divide in the SMT fanbase, and even the Persona fanbase... but around the time it came out, it meant a lot to me. I'll always carry it close to my heart, as cheesy as that sounds.

>>643175 I really get that. I've been playing it again recently, and it hits very close to home at times.
