PS4 bullshittery
| 500 character limit doesn't really leave me with much room to vent my frustrations.
Update: downloaded the game. Playing it and the camera angles are kinda crap but as far as I remember the original was a little crap too. But the game stopped me on the second level and says I cannot play it because I don't have the game installed. I'm at my wit's end. It took one game for me to not want to play console all over again.

Though, I don't have a PS4 so I dunno if that's a recurring problem. My Switch runs like a charm, enough to convince me to never play on PC again.
| Well depends how it's implemented but could be, game compressed is x size and uncompressed is y size so in order to download the compressed file and uncompress it you need x+y space free to install?

steam tells you for example, 10 gigs for a game required, but you only download 6 or something
| Ok that makes sense. I'm fine with that. Why don't they tell me the full install is 40g then? Why tell me a little under half is what I'll need? It would be useful when I'm deleting a bunch of data to make room. Buy the game then it's telling me I need to delete more. I tried using a 64gb flash drive. "No way." said ps4. You have to have a minimum of 200gb...and you need to format the drive to only be used for the PS. Weak.

| Just jailbreak your ps4, install some Linux and play emulators, other than that, you can retro play ps2 and ps3 games, or you can waste your money on games you'll only play once plus Online subscription xD

It's not really a waste if you support companies you approve of. I'm not talking about Sony but some of the game developers whose games you enjoy.
That being said custom firmware/jailbreaking is awesome and more people should look into it.

| When the hell did consoles get so shit?I moved to pc a long time ago for a multitude of reasons.But I still get consoles just because.I just got the new medievil.Figured why not I loved the game on ps1.The damn first problem was the initial install.It said 27gb ok I got that much.got it and not enough space.delete some older stuff.well over the 27gb needed.still need 5gb.why.hesitant but deleted some games.installing the game and it says it needs 40gb total to install.wtf why?
