Also there is a game about cubes that should be in the honour list. Literaly every game can be recreated in there and it has a its own gameplay full of mechanics.
Of course I'm talking about Tetris, what else could it be?
| I think I'll have to say Resident Evil 4. Even though it's a linear single player game, it has lots of replayability and ways to improve at it. The atmosphere is awesome. The combat is really, really good. The story is incredibly cheesy, but still both good and fun. It has a lot of variation in gameplay, scenery and enemies. It's just a great fucking game.

There is character customization, different personalities, a lot more sex position, a whole lot more scenes/story, pose mode and if you so insist, you can recreate your wolf waifu if you dig the pile of mods deep enough.

If you are not bound to storage limit, there is a repacked version of the game with all dlc. Just search for "custom maid ultimate" on nyaa. It's like 100gb+. You just need to install english translation and you can run the game.
If you are looking for mods, then go search it in mod repository, it is listed in 4ch or reddit.
Disclaimer: I just got back to the game after stopped playing like 5 years ago, downloaded said repack.

Witcher 3's main issue is that world traversal is impossible without the minimap, unlike BotW. And weight limit mod is necessary if you want to afford good gear.
For me, it's in between Deus Ex, Shadow of the Colossus & NieR:Automata.

| Everybody's Gone to the Rapture. The graphics are gorgeous. The soundtrack is fucking stunning. You feel for the characters as you progress through the game. Hell I cried during the game for several of them. The developers put so much time and detail into the game. As you walk through this vacant world, you can see cigarettes still burning, drinks half full, etc. Just signs that show the world was lived in at one point.
