It's an old game, but it's really cool! You're this taxi driver in a shitty cyberpunk city. Even if you don't want to play it, it's worth checking the Ross's Game Dungeon on it.

| It was a cyberpunk themed vehicular combat game with a story (I remember there was a fat guy as a villian). You could put missile launchers and cannons on your car, each racer had names and cars those you could win from them. You start the game with a blue car if i'm not mistaken. I played it around 2000s. It had cutscenes and a hard boss race. voice intercoms during races. You also had poverups.. probably.
Please help me find this game. I couldn't find it's name anywhere.
