Ideas for a cyber-fantasy video game.

| Just wanna gain some inspiration.

| Distopian Theme

| In a world where everything is connected to the internet the newest sport is digital, you connect your brain to your terminal and fight battles against other people from inside the internet, but some bad guys are using modified terminals to enter people's devices and hack them from inside, you're a young tournament goer that was recruited by the government to stop those heinous criminals or at least slow them down until a new security patch is made to stop them

| Pretty much Megaman battle network
But with a slightly less childish setting and maybe programming minigames with real programming

Forgot to mention, the game's central topic is human experimentation with regards to exploiting the functions of the human brain related to sensory function and dream-inducing magic. (or something along those lines)

| What about stopping fucking future apocalypsis worlds and truly make a cyber-fantasy game? Futuristic but still magic on it, not to the point of being SAO, maybe something like, Final Fantasy but done well? Doesn't need to be a turn based RPG, maybe an Open World (if you are going for 3D). Just a world where Dragons and Space-stations co-exists.

Maybe when fighting you have to rely on magic powers but yet you use a car to move around, maybe you can even give it magical gadgets?

| Maybe ala Saints Row IV but instead of having superpowers out of Matrix make these powers come from actual magic. You may have a pet following you, and it may help you with it magical powers or rocket launchers, what gives.
Or you can go back to apocalypsis setting and make a war betweeen people who has magic and people who has a really well developed technology.

| Curveball: a utopian theme.
