On the whole, a nice 8/10.
The gameplay goes together with the story like milk and cereal. Combat takes the best part of rpgs and mixes it with survival horror. Enemies provide a nice mix of attacks making every new enemy feel unique. Oh, and unlike most RPGs, this story is character driven, which helps push the game along and keep the player interested.
My gripes: The Zoo and the museum are too long. The final boss rush is a drag. No real replayability.

I loved it, maybe you're right about the zoo and the museum. There is no replayability but after the first run you can unlock the chrysler building that adds a bit of longevity
