There are three images, all of them are of this project.

The image found in the SFX folder, "Menace", has a code, which is decoded as "Heard in the echo".
In your save file, in AppData/Local/VA_11_Hall_A/Saves, there is a text document named "Heard in the echo", which can be decoded with the same method.
