Video game genries that died out
| Pvp arena racing games seems like a product built out of limitations that died when computers could handle more complex gameplay like large scale fps games.
| maybe im just not aware of any that are currently big but like, "social-first MMOs" like second life, habbo hotel, etc. That role feels like it's just filled by shit like ffxiv, with players who ignore the instrumental play aspects
