| Crosscode's a darn good one, if you haven't played it yet. Reckon it may fit your preferences.
| Crosscode is on my #1 also. You can check rain world, animal well, Reverse collapse: Bakery girl is VERY solid game (stealth, turn based and Infinite choices pretty much), Aragami fun little game, cocoon if you havent, luckitown is fun very small game if you like tower defense

But aside from that my recommendations are (sorry for the massive wall of text): neon white (good gameplay ignore story), armored core 6, control, furi, boomerang x, everhood, sekiro, pizza tower, ultrakill, oneshot (idk if this will work on steamdeck), balatro, enter the gungeon, psychonauts 1 and 2, inscryption, jelly car (pretty neat)
| one step from eden, cyber hook (the dlc final boss isnt worth trying though), wandersong (havmet tried it myself but saw gameplay, pretty neat), signs of the soujourner, any of the bit trip runners, and heavy bullets. I might have more in mind

| try pong, it's a surreal battle arena simulation with insane deep story based on subtle lore that you can gasp only if you play it long enough, it's very human depend and what you'd understand can vary by person to person. It's very likely that you'd need to get deep in the forum and wikies to get the full rundown of what's going on.

Homework? Excuse me, but I actually have good work-life balance. After I clock out of office for the day, I don't spend even one second thinking of work.

After I clock out of the plant for the day, I spend the rest of the day sleeping, often finding my work in my dreams, just to wake up to my work alarms. I also end up working late, meaning all my paperwork gets pushed back to the beginning of the next day, so I have to wake up and take care of my homework before starting work.

Sounds like you'd like Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove. Also, I don't own a steam deck, but emulating switch/3ds/what-have-you games on it has gotta be peak.

| >>1015991 to not being sarcastic, in Japan is game called 零 - Zero (Rei), but Rei can also mean 霊 - Ghost/Spirit. Why specifically Zero, i have no idea but it can may mean something as first shot by camera or something but i'm not sure really. Maybe they didn't even thought to make sequel, but personally i see it as best horror of all times, and honestly one of best video games of all times, i really love settings (all of them), but if comes about order, i love these: 2>4>5>1>3

| There's a Touhou fangame called "Hero of Ice Fairy" I played through recently and found very good. Apparently even to get new content in the autumn too. Looking forward to that.
