I hear all these girls taking all of this but I'm only on estrogen only, is that bad?

>>995981 no but it would help to be on an anti androgen as they suppress testosterone which allows fuller estrogen expression. also excessive estrogen gets turned back into testosterone so increasing monodosing isnt always the best move.
what dosage are you on, and for how long?

>>996094 if youve already had your orchi im sure you know what youre doing
afaik after the orchi you have to take T for a bit to level off but then you can indeed monodose
honestly looking forward to mine but im getti g my facial hair blasted off permanently first

>>996092 is that true? Holy fuck why is the human body so complicated? Anyone would expect that if you consume gargantuan quantities of estrogen you could become a super girly girl! But it doesn't work like that? What the fuck!
In an ideal world, we could inject humongous amounts of estrogen into burgers so all feminine guys become cute girly girls! I want to see God's manager! This is madness!

>>996753 MY MISTAKE i accidentally spread misinfo--its the other way around, where excess T is converted to estrogen.
excess estrogen simply offers a plateau of diminishing returns and more severe side effects. for example, if 3mg daily estro is enough for someone, but they take 6mg, they wont get additional feminization past what 3mg would offer, but may suffer headaches, dizziness, and increased risk of liver damage and potentiality for osteoperosis

tldr, it doesnt help to just front load with hormones--its always best to start with moderately low dosages (eg 2mg daily estro, 50-100mg daily spiro) and see if after 30 days you notice budding, softer skin, etc. if not, bump that shit up to 3-4mg estro, 150mg spiro
and of course research other antiandrogens, as someone above pointed out they prefer cypro, some prefer bicalumatide--research and decide what works for you

>>9cf930 I see! I'm glad we clarified that matter at least! For all the trans g/u/rls out there, remember to stay informed and be careful!
Although I do still wonder why are there limits to feminization in the first place? Could these limits be hard-coded by the DNA? Perhaps some scientific research could help humanity get rid of those limits!

>>996759 certain things are irreversible by hormones, like bone structure and facial/body hair full growth, and many are unfortunately deluded into thinking estrogen can turn them into the ideal hentai femboy and it just cant
im 6 feet tall, 180 lbs, and currently grow out a full beard after 2 weeks, and that simply isnt gonna change from hormones. but estrogen has afforded me much softer, glowier skin, a more rounded facial and body shape, and laser treatments will get the hair

and plenty of cis men have more slender, delicate builds and features, but are cis, lament their lack of manliness, etc, so on, so forth. we all have to contend with our meat and our dissonance with it, and the best we can do is be happy about ourselves
im definitely much happier than i used to be, and i was all kinds of a lothario as a guy
