should I start HRT?

spend time researching and introspecting on your gender and what you want, for yourself, and what will make you happy. hrt is not a magical answer and you'll have to decide for yourself where you stand along the gender spectrum. maybe you will start to learn more about trans stuff and feel a kinship. and maybe you'll realise that you're cis. but know yourself, first.

het is not a "try and see". the effects for feminizing or masculinizing hormones are each separate, come with varying risks, and PERMANENT changes vis a breast growth in ftm and voice lowering in mtf, among other things
this is something takes careful thought and informed consent. many trans people dont even medically transition due to some of these fears or risks or not wanting such drastic changes.
| do the research, talk to trans ppl (hi), ruminate on yourself, and make an informed decision.
