I mean IRL me is a hypocrite, but it's better to accept that it happened, and pick up where left off . If Scaring yourself straight never worked for you, then catastrophizing a mistake will only raise the stakes to where your brain consumed with whether you are/are not doing ___ thing. Giving your brain ample oppurtunity to be all like "Ey, why not just binge a little?"

I heard someone say it's better to count by % so in the last 11 days you were 90% sober that way you don't feel depressed from having to start the count over, and it's more useful information if you relapse for only one day because it includes the days before the relapse
But I'm not addicted to anything but caffeine so what do I know
