Recently hit an all time low after being semi-depressed for years now. I dont know why but I just started walking a few months ago. Now I do some pushups with it weekly and stopped drinking so much alcohol. I feel better now.

I feel worse than ever after trying to drop all my vices. I dropped smoking, drinking and a clingy NEET ex but I just feel more anxious now. My heartrate never even got lower...

feeling better will not last vry long. but on dah bright side, life is short. every1 shud indulge in dangerus thingz tht ruin their life...maybe if u lucky u can get killed in dah process ^ _ ^

literally every normie does this myself included. lets all party! couple years later lets all drop these habits! you dont have to drop everything. its all a process of keeping what you like then idling the rest.
