>>961332 Nobody's forcing you to get surgery, you know? A lot of trans people don't. Just do whatever makes you happy.

>>961332>>961335 This fr. I'm only doing certain parts of "transitioning" cause that's what I feel most comfortable with. You also don't gotta do any of that shit to be valid. It's a personalised expression of identity, not some strict, conformist, bio/med cult

Are you just lonely and want friends op?

*waves g/u/rlcock* congratulations you are now trans go eat some e about it

Idk why you'd want to be trans your very existence is """political""" and you're basically banned from going to the bathroom in some states
I say that as a transfem, it's not a choice it's something you realize about yourself
If you just want a community seek out some groups online in your area or volunteer or something
If you wish you were born the other sex or think about that kind of thing a lot check out the dysphoria bible and see how you feel
Post number #961392, ID: aced07
|
As other people have said just because you don't activity want to remove your bits doesn't make you trans or not lots of trans people don't have their bits removed
Also just because you feel like you don't have dysphoria that's not a sign either I didn't realize the things I felt were dysphoria until after I realized I was trans

A good sign is euphoria, I started questioning (this last time) because hospital staff called me miss and I couldn't not smile under my mask and didn't correct them (multiple times), as well as the Christmas tree lot people
Felt really happy again when I tried on some fem clothes, and when I picked out a name and heard my gf use it for the first time

If you're questioning op I'll answer questions if they aren't too personal
If you're just lonely I'd definitely recommend volunteering at a food pantry or something where you can meet friendly people and help people

The first explanation really just sounds like you want a group/community to belong to, which is understandable especially since that's becoming harder to come by. But IDK, maybe you just didn't articulate you thoughts in they way you wanted to (also understandable).

>>961429 the first steps for me were being impressed by trans girls and wanting to meet more trans people. now I'm a full on trans girl. i feel like it was an expression of social dysphoria for me, just a pretty confusing one.

>>961415 definitely Google the duspy bible but one of the questions it brings up is
If you could press a button and instantly be the opposite of what you are but everyone would have always known you as that

Dysphoria bible* my phone fucked that up
Reading through that is how I figured out I was trans
Post number #961448, ID: 1d6834

Also remember if you think you're faking it you're probably not because those who are know they are

I would press the button
Post number #961455, ID: 1d6834

Then you're probably trans but worried about the social aspect which honestly is exactly how I was
Apparently cis people don't wish they were the opposite gender and even like being their gender
Personally I was really surprised when I saw a cis girl say she didn't wish she was born male but young me just thought yeah I guess if I was born a girl I wouldn't want to change either
Post number #961458, ID: 1d6834

Overall it's your gender so you have to figure out what makes you feel right
Also keep safe you can't be yourself if you're not alive after all
And remember you can always transition there's not really an age where it's "too late" you'll always see mussle changes and fat redistribution and you can grow breasts etc if that's something you want
Bone structure does have an age but it's not everything
your voice won't charge on hrt but you can actually train that yourself

Hiiii fellow trans g/u/rl here. I've never been happier than this last year when I've been like aggressively presenting fem. I've learned makeup slowly and I've gotten better about actually wearing cute dresses and stuff in public. I even *somehow* have two girlfriends now? It's nice, feeling loved and having that shared lived experience with someone else. Like at a glance I know their pain and they know mine. I wish all my /u/ sisters the best of luck with their transitions. ????
