every few weeks this weird shit happens

| not a headache or anything. but it'll feel like i got shot in the head and my brain just leaves my body for 5 seconds and all of a sudden i'll get extremely tired. feeling like i took something like melatonin when i didn't. i can even be fully energized and this suddenly happens.
