Rent a cheap studio apartment in the middle of gang territory, and do doordash. After delivering for your own neghborhood enough times, the gangsters leave you alone because you're the lady who brings the food, so fucking with you could result in either no more food or poisoned food plus you do doordash so you probably don't have anything worth taking anyway.
