Work tips
| Try to find some kind of fun in work. A lot of jobs are slogs that you push through because you need to make rent. But, if you try and have a little bit of fun with your work somehow without dropping your efficiency, it can become a lot more bearable.
I work in a warehouse and have an agreement with my boss to use headphones that connect to both my phone and my radio so I can play music while I work and still hear my radio. With that, work goes by much faster at full efficiency.
| A couple coworkers of mine have a friendly competition going of who can get thier numbers higher, and they have fun butting heads and gloating about their monthly victory.
Work doesn't have to be a slog if you can push the rules a smidge and find a way to enjoy the otherwise monotonous cycle of daily chores. Just make sure you're keeping full efficiency, otherwise your boss might swing in and reinforce the no fun zone to get your numbers back up.
