| Highly depends on the language and on the amount of resources that it has out there. There are a bunch of websites and wikis dedicated to all languages, so if you want to look for a quick summary you could check those out (Omniglot is the first one that comes to mind).
There aren't always a lot of good tutorials out there, so it's important to look for resources yourself as well. gl g/u/rl

I'd suggest https://www.duolingo.com/ but even its quality depend on the language.

Well still your tits man, i am new in learning language so no need to be so american. As i said a general one will do so you have a slight idea that i dont fucking know how "special" every languages are treated on its own.
Meanwhile they all got lumped into duolingo so i guess theyre all the same anyway.
