Why i use /u/? Because i like concepts of anime themed textboards, and 4chan is sadly too large, sadly i don't know any better. In past i also liked closed-community webchats or IRC, but i feel they are more dead than usual..

I don't feel like present me has much of valid reason to be here tho.
I'm lonely the site doesn't too much to fix it. I can say that it's easier to interacting with people than on a discord because it's slower and I'm anon to anyone but the mods. It is also pretty satisfying to part of an in-joke on this site.

I can't handle social media networks, and 4chan is too big to feel like a community. /u/ is the right size where you can really get to know g/u/rls and the community itself. Both the Discord and textboard are rad, and neat projects come out of them. As long as it's up, I'll continue to visit Danger/u/.

| I was wondering, why do we still come here? What are your reasons?
I'll go first: usually, I come back in /u/ when I feel lost or *very* sad/insecure. Browsing something with a small community, reading comments here, makes me feel like... I don't know. Good. I usually log in only very late (it's 2 am atm), when I'm feeling more vulnerable.
