I am doing fine now

| I am the g/u/rl who's occasionally trauma dumping here, sorry for that.
I feels better than ever, thanks, love yall.
1. meditite, physical exercise everyday
2. use melatonin when needed, I wasn't able to have a sleep pattern, this helps along with exercises above.


| Side note is I thought I could not be fixed.
