Depends on how much you're eating. If you only eat one proper meal then those cravings are your body's way of letting you know "please feed me!" If you are eating according to when you feel hungry and eat foods that are filling that will lessen the craving a bit. Some tips I can offer are drinking water to see if your body is not just thirsty, distract yourself, if your mind is busy then you won't feel like having extra snacks.

Also make sure the foods that you that you really crave are not in your home, that way it will be harder to access junk food, last you should try and replace that habit with other one. Main thing to know is that you will always have cravings but they do become lesser and lesser with time! Wish the best for you g/u/rl!

Drinking water fills you up and curbs your hunger. Ricci Lake said it.

What >>0d6620 said, if it's bad consider caffeine pills (50mg) and putting hot peppers (capsaicin) in your meals. They're both natural hunger suppressants. The reason you want to do caffeine in pill format is that it acts as a diuretic, meaning you can drink more water and fill yourself up more later.

Caffeine pills are bad for your health though. It increases blood pressure as well as your pulse. If you have problem eating chances are you're already suffering from higher than normal blood pressure.
High blood pressure greatly increases the risk for strokes and heart issues. I do *not* recommend that you start self-medicating yourself with caffeine pills.

Caffeine is a diuretic no matter how you chose to consume it. While drinking caffeine-containing beverages as part of a normal lifestyle doesn't cause fluid loss in excess of the volume ingested, taking it in pill form greatly increase the risk of dehydration.

If you empty a barrel and then fill it up to the level it was before you emptied it, you've changed nothing??? Your "tips" makes absolutely no logical sense whatsoever.

What's up with all the threads that popped up at the same time where OP posts a sloppy statement or question and then is never seen again.
Only to have the same "random" guy show up in every thread to post complete nonsense to everyone who bothers to respond.
It's not that lonely guy who's always here fishing for attention, is it? Because that would be too sad.
