Like the previous poster said the peehole is also linked internally. Us gurls are also blessed with a larger opening underneath our peehole but I'm sure all of you knew that already.
So not counting eyes and ears men have 5 holes and women have 6. Why do you want to know, OP?

But the urethra doesn't go anywhere. It just connects to the bladder, then to the kidneys -- there's no internal connection to any other orifice. Similarly, the vagina connects to the uterus and ovaries, but doesn't go anywhere. Topologically speaking, these aren't holes, just concave surfaces.

I can't believe I'm googling this but yeah you're right. The fluids enter the kidneys trough a thin wall that allows smaller molecules, waste and water to pass but filters out everything else.
