| I make an effort to go for daily walks to take care of my health. There's a nice meadow right by my house so I usually do a circuit of it every afternoon. | I don't know. I honestly don't know. Every solution I have come up with and thought of and tried has not worked and it has been several days of yelling and screaming and having to stay up on a suicide watch to keep someone from hurting themselves. I just don't know g/u/rl.

| I have. Addicted to caffeine and nicotine. Alcohol on occasion, and weed if the time is right.
For experiences, well, caf and nic is just simple stim. Brain work good while on it. Brain work bad without it.
Alcohol is a lot more interesting. I usually feel better overall while on it, but panic attacks while drunk get boosted like crazy and it's a 50/50 whether the night out goes well.
With weed I don't have much to say. Never been on it without being drunk as well, so, same thing.

My def of happiness: is a state in which you can experiment all emotions (sadness, anger, content, etc) safely, without any kind of damage to your being. these emotions can't break you or make you feel worse, instead they make you feel like yourself.
I'd also add: that state can be reached and maintained with a meaningful and truthful search/mindset about yourself, your goals, and your life.

| They're honestly very good, although I consider them strongly seasonal (I don't even know if canned green beans exist, but would avoid them).
You have to be careful not to overcook them however, which makes the pods stringy and unbearable. Likewise, if they're too old the same is the case.

| Mainly my best friend. My other friends too, but he's the reason I didn't cut everyone off and ended it tbh. Just gives me such good energy, always has interesting ideas for stuff to do. | I think people just do it for fun. Like, to see the limits of how much they can handle and to entertain whoever's watching them do it. Pain = entertainment for a lot of people after all.
It can also help increase your spice tolerance quickly, which some people might want, but, there are way better and healthier ways to do that, and I think the first two things are the main reason.

| I like spicy foods. Any kinda spice really - hot peppers, dry heat, etc. I have a fairly high tolerance for heat. I can stomach ghost peppers, but I really enjoy habaneros. I blame my father competing with the neighbors to grow the spiciest mutant pepper of death for my tolerance to spice.
One thing I absolutely can't handle are some of the complete death peppers he can grow, those are HOT. That or reapers.

| I applied for my dream job in a different city and so far so good. Other than that it's dark... I try really hard to not spread my mindset and general negativity to other people but I think I might kill myself soon. | I haven't had many awful things in my life, but if I had to say, it'd be breaking up with my ex. It was a pretty awful Christmas surprise. I never did get closure, and it made me bitter for over half a year. Pretty shitty experience.

| Definitely used not to eat breakfast in the past; but having refit my entire schedule to be something my body likes a bit more (waking up at 8, starting work at 10) my stomach wakes up around the same time that my eyes open.
Typically my breakfast will consist of a toasted cheddar sandwich with slices of bell pepper. Alternatively, nut muesli with soy milk. I typically drink water alongside.

How do I accept what happened to me and move on, instead of always longing to go back to a time before my trauma happened?
| How I dealt with that is killing the person I was before and becoming a new one made up from whole cloth.
Been at it for several years now and I'm pretty sure I still haven't created a passable person, and it's not like a magic wand that can take the physical effects of the trauma away from you.
I would say it's done *something* for me but you do need someone smarter than a danger/u/ user to help you.
