How to get a job in the US with no papers?

| I have a recently unemployed friend who needs a job. She's pretty qualified and experienced, the issue being she's undocumented.

Any g/u/rls know how to tell which places hire paperless persons without risking ICE concentration camping her ass?

| Nya, not going to have much luck without papers in anything demanding experience. What's the qualifications then?

She was basically the personal assistant, team coordinator and translator for the owner of a landscaping company for a few years and also has lots of face to face customer service experience. The problem is, she recently had to move to a new place and doesn't really know where to look.

I think she'd be happy in some kind of service or front desk position, maybe a waitress or something but I have no idea how you tell which places hire under the table like that.

Can she speak English?

Otherwise, there isn't a way to tell. She risks deportation any time she opens her mouth.

Her best bet would be a non franchisee, local establishment that wouldn't bother with a background check. There is next to no place that will hire her otherwise. She should seek to get a work visa or consider properly immigrating as soon as possible.
