Government, yes. Government can pick and choose. But I'm not just talking them.
I'm also talking people with a lot of privilege. So, you know, in a white country that would be white cishet men who are middle class or above.
If they were to disagree with a certain type of people having rights, those people will have less rights.
If they want them dead? Well, a lot of them will most likely die.
Do you get what I'm saying?
