| OP, in the US you'll need to pass a mental health exam for all branches of service, so yes, it could affect your chances of enlisting, if you live there.

I, don't recommend that. It's such a common and hard to believe excuse that most people see right through it. Just be honest about it instead. That's way more respectable.

Well, yeah. That's what the normal footsoldiers are. They're just cannon fodder. I thought that was common knowledge.
