Here I'll list them:
1. Go out only to Walmart/other store grocery/merchandise pickup.
2. Put on your double mask (paper under fabric) inside, take them off inside. Don't touch them while outside. Just leave them on.
3. Go to park, and wear masks even when out and about.
4. Keep your sleep schedule constant, but add some hours of sleep by going to bed earlier. More sleep is good, since we are all chronically sleep deprived.

5. Don't invite guests over, don't go to parties. Get discord and start joining random youtuber/twitch discords. You can make friends online with this tip, and can have online parties!
6. if you're not using your car as much, get the fluids changed, fix everything, and run the car for 30 minutes, once a month. Covid19 is going to cause a lot of bad gas in cars. Lucas oil has stuff that you add to the gas tank for this. Get the gallon.

I'm assuming this is an American wanting American advice.
Seems like your policies are far less strict than here in the UK, but from what I know the above is basically correct. I'd also check your state's policies, usually accessed online through a simple Google search for the official government site.
I'd also personally lean away from joining random discords hoping to make friends, especially YouTuber ones as it's usually just a bunch of toxic kids in my own experience at least

Find a new hobby or a new show/film series/book to enjoy if you need to fill time.
But if you absolutely have to travel, make sure you do it within the guidelines and limit contact as much as possible.
Just avoid people, and avoid going to populated areas if there's no reason for you to be there.

The reason why the rules and restrictions are changing all the time is because government needs to adapt to changing pandemic.
Best to stay where you are if possible -> it's for your safety.
