| I have officially lost 10 lbs and hit 199! I seem to be at a metabolism of losuling maybe 0.75 lbs daily and more importantly my sets are getting a lot easier. My love handles are almost gone, and my thighs are like rock hard. I'm going for at least 200 squats today!


| Target weight is 180 so another 2-3 weeks should do it ^-^
