>>738124 You motherfucker, go back to /tech/ and never come out again. That being said though, no I don't. But I assume that OP made this thread with internet content in mind, not software quality.

What's YTP?
I miss there being more text/message board like this. Used to be every community/fandom/niche have them. I just don't dig with Discord and Twitter/Tumblr-style communities.

I miss forums and shitty geocities pages about my fav animes. I miss when bands had websites and they put up a few tracks to download freely even their music videos. I also miss the bogus video game guides to find crazy shit in video games

I miss surfing the net. Nowadays it's all bookmarks and social media but back then you surfed from website to website and who knew where you'd end up.
It's kinda like when you go on a wikipedia binge and read article after article or get stuck on youtube too long. The entire internet used to work like that.

Basically, I miss when each site was its own island. Now everything is tied into a few central sites like Youtube or Instagram, even when on your a specific web page like a band's website.

I miss the old sites that just kind d of existed for the sake of just being there. I had found a site where all it was was a gif of people dancing and a looping song. I'd open the site and start playing csgo. Good times
