You guys wanna know how to lose weight quick? Just don't eat

| Seriously if you cut your diet to just 2 or 1 meals a day it's bananas how much you drop.


| But please lessen your diet gradually, not all at once. If you feel sick or uncomfortable in any way, please don't force yourself to not eat.

| It's also very unhealthy though. For real. Not eating is decently effective, but it's just straight up bad for you. I started eating way less, 1-2 meals a day, because of depression, and sure, I lost a lot of weight over time, but now I'm at an unhealtily low weight, have way less energy than I used to and gaining back that weight and energy is an absolute fucking struggle because your body gets so used to eating so little that eating regularly makes you throw up.
Not recommended.

| I remember around 3 years ago I started to do that in my last year of High School, I wasn't morbidly obese but just a somewhat fat with manboobs and o hated the way I looked, so I started to eat only half of my meals everything, like for example: I would eat only half of my breakfast and then save the rest for dinner (because where I am from its more normal to have breakfast as dinner) and only eat half of my lunch and give the rest to some stray cats that lived near my house (1/?)


| I also used to do exercise by coming and going to school by walking (around like 20 or 30 minutes in total) plus playing basketball in P.E with my friends and hell, I had even downloaded this game to do exercise at home that was also a fucking visual novel to keep me motivated and it fucking worked, I had lost a ton of weight in like 3 months and finally I was happy with the way I looked, but the more comfortable i got with my body the more stupid I stated to behave (2/?)


| To the point that because of personals reasons I had moved to another country and man, where I live now it's nothing like my other country, fast food it's so cheap and it's basically a button away with delivery apps and there is a McDonald's or another fast food chain everyway you go, it was hard to focus and not eat them, but I kept allowing myself to "treats every now and then" (as well as bread and chips) and know I have the same weight as I did 3 years ago. (3/4)
