My life keeps fucking up 'cause of sleep schedule. Even if I somehow barely set it up right - the next day I'll sleep for 14 hours and fuck t up again. Slow and steady way of fixing that is not an option. Forcing myself into exact schedule with alarms does not work - I just won't hear them. Let's say I woke up at 5 pm. How'd I go about making myself asleep at 12?

Add and adhd will prevent you from getting a full night's rest since parts of your brain will fall asleep and jolt awake at random intervals all throughout the day and night.
Personally I need adhd medication and the occasional zopiklon/Imovane to keep a steady sleeping schedule.

Melatonin is a good sleep aid. I used it to fix the exact schedule you just described and now wake up between 7 and 10am, fall asleep between 11pm-1am.
Good luck!
