Renta a Girlfriend is basically, like, very trashy very horny romance where main character rents a girlfriend out of loneliness and it doesn't go well because he's retarded. Then basically every character except for the main girl is also retarded, and they (especially the main character) fucks up everything. Just drama for drama's sake, but somehow still sucks you in.

It's like fucking heroine, I can't stop, but i know it's bad for my mental health.
I always watch/read some shit like domestic girlfriend or oregairu or fly me to the moon.
Fucking romcoms, they are messing with my brain.
I never ever finished this kind of stories (except for oregairu, but even then it took me like 5 years) because I feel too awful by the middle of the story.
