The old 1911 was out in an instant, and I got low as I slipped into the workshop. I scanned the dimly lit room with the barrel and saw that it had gotten the old ransack. Papers and parts everywhere. I saw a loupe shattered to bits on the floor and grimaced. The pigs had been by, and knowing Bishop he'd slipped out through the sewer. The only question was why. Bishop paid his cut and did odd jobs for some of the dicks besides. Something stunk worse than my morning dump.
