Tips for working out at home

| Hey, just wondering if you guys have any tips for working out at home, be it regiments, building motivation, etc.

I like to do arm curls and squats while I watch cutscenes or wait for games to queue. It's not super rigorous (just doing as many sets of 10 as I can, usually 5) but it does keep me more active than I would be and some definition is starting to show.

| Doing squats during loading times and cutscenes is pretty smart. I should start doing it too.

| Just do it. If you can't just do it, then you just don't have enough motivation. Other people can't inject motivation on you.

| Make sure you're doing stuff regularly.

Always stretch or you'll really regret doing anything about a day later when you're all seized up.

Try and add in some cardio as and when you can, even if it's just jogging on the spot or jumping around and shit.
Cardio is important for your overall health just as much as getting swole is.
