I'm just curious if we all are dickheads deep down inside.

Well, I'm basically this very annoying type of a grouchy and sour old man that criticizes everything and everyone, so I guess I could say I'm pretty judgemental towards others.. I don't mean it in a bad way though. Well, most of the time, that is. I'm working on fixing this, but people close to me don't really mind this little feature of mine, and, well, I don't really talk to anyone else that often

The criticizing part, does it waste your time or do you enjoy it? Is it a way for you to let off steam?

I tend to look for advice I could give anybody for almost anything. I suppose that's a type of judgemental.

>>702238 It's neither of those things you've mentioned. It's just a part of me, it's in my nature to notice even the tinniest and most insignificant flaws, my own and other's alike. I don't do it on purpose most of the time, this process of criticizing and nitpicking is almost automatic. I simply like it when the job is done as perfectly as possible. It's just hard to understand that other people do not always think that way too, and that my little comments actually hurt them

Buuut of course, there're times when I relish this.. grouchines of mine. Mostly when I have to deal with people I despise. Overly criticizing super annoying people feels great! Especially when it comes as easy and natural as it does to me. What can I say? I'm an asshole, after all

>>702252 Yeah it feels good to criticize people you don't like. I don't tend to find flaws in people I like anyway and I if I do as long as it doesn't affect our relationship I don't give it much thought. I think I only become judgemental towards people I feel are fake, superficial, bitchy or downright annoying.

I wonder if it's natural to judge others. Just like staring at someone/something that might stand out from the crowd is ultimately human.

>>702275 strangely enough, i really don't think the same way of people that "are usually judged", like murderers, degenerates, pedophiles, some extremists, some rapists, some war criminals and some other worse things
weird huh

>>702256 I highly doubt it. It sure is easy, almost too easy sometimes, but to call it natural? Nah..

Well, that is if you mean 'unconscious' or something similar to this by saying 'natural', like a reflex or something that's being done without you really acknowledging it. Well, just as looking at something/someone standing out of the crowd. Would it be something close to that, you wouldn't really be able to not criticize people you like and lashing out only on those who do not appeal to you, don't you think?
