Sorry to hear that. I know getting a job is easier said than done, especially for autistic people due to having less contacts than other people and due to how different we handle social situations.
But you should't give up since having a job is good for you.
Also, have you tried speaking to a doctor? Many people with autism who are "slow" usually have a lot of chatter in their mind. Their brain never sleeps and there's medication for that.

Getting a job is good for you and your future. I know that it's hard but it's better than being broke and dependant on somebody else to provide money. You can cover up your self harm marks by wearing shirts, or using foundation (depends on what the scar looks like tho). I wish you the best of luck!
